FAQ

How to register?

 Click on the "Register" button located in the upper right corner.
 Fill in all the data correctly.
Read and accept the "Terms and Conditions" in order to complete the registration.
 Click "Submit"
After submitting the data, you will receive an email to validate your registration. You must click on the link to validate it.



How to buy?

 Select the items you want to buy, placing the quantity and adding them to the shopping cart.
 When you complete your purchases, click on "Pay".
 Fill in the billing and delivery details.
 Select the desired delivery location.
Select the desired shipping method.
Select one of the available payment methods.
Put any additional information you think necessary in the "Observations" space.
Click on "Continue".
Then click on "Checkout" and you will see a message that gives you the number of your order and you will also receive a confirmation of your order in your e-mail.

What are the payment methods?

  • MB Way;
  • ATM Reference;
  • Credit Card;
  • Paypal.

How does shipping work?

  • The order will be shipped as soon as we receive receipt or proof of the transfer.
  • The delivery of the order is made by a specialized carrier.
  • Delivery hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

What are the costs and delivery times?

Mainland Portugal

  • Delivery times are from 1 to 4 working days for shipment + transport, this deadline is applied after confirmation of payment. In exceptional cases this period may be extended. In case this situation occurs, the customer will be notified via email. For customized products, for example, made-to-measure screens, the minimum delivery time is 10 working days.
  • Shipping costs Mainland Portugal - conditions applied only to the final consumer:
  • Shipping costs for orders to mainland Portugal over €75 will be free of charge (€0).
  • Shipping costs for orders to mainland Portugal less than €75 will have a one-time fee of €5.00 per order.
  • In specific situations, an increase in transport and/or packaging costs may be required, for example in the case of large crates and screens or very heavy, low-value, liquid or solid items.
  • If it is not possible to deliver at the agreed place and day due to absence or any other situation that is the responsibility of the customer, the costs of a second delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping costs Mainland Portugal - Conditions for retail customers: the shipping costs informed by the local salesperson apply.


Islands

  • Delivery times are from 1 to 4 working days for shipment + transport, this deadline is applied after confirmation of payment.
  • The payment of expenses related to the shipment of the order is the sole responsibility of the Customer, which is an amount calculated by means of a budget.
  • The final value is confirmed by Quadrimóvel after preparation of the order, depending on the weight and volume of the products.
  • Transport to the Islands, Azores and Madeira is carried out by specialized carriers, the cost of transport being borne by the Customer.
  • The order will only be processed after confirmation of payment of shipping costs. The cost of this shipment is paid to Quadrimóvel, depending on the indication of the delivery time.

Europe and Rest of the World
  • Delivery times are from 1 to 4 working days for shipment + transport, this deadline is applied after confirmation of payment.
  • The payment of expenses related to the shipment of the order is the sole responsibility of the Customer, which is an amount calculated by means of a budget.
  • The final value is confirmed by Quadrimóvel after preparation of the order, depending on the weight and volume of the products.

  • If you want your order to be shipped through an operator of your choice, you must put this information in the order remarks field if you are placing your order over the Internet, if you choose another route, you must communicate which freight forwarder you want.


Delivery to stores

  • Withdrawal only at the Mega Store of Cacém.
  • Delivery times are from 1 to 4 working days.
  • If the customer chooses delivery in stores, it will only be shipped from the warehouse after payment.
  • The customer is informed of the date from which the order will be available in the store for collection.

Products Out of Format 

Items that are subject to increased transport costs, given their weight or size.
Eg: Ceramic Clay
This value is always cumulative with the value of the shipping costs in the shopping cart. Even if the total value of the cart reaches the free shipping, the cost of transporting items out of format remains.


I did a budget on a a custom canvas and had an added cost on shipping . Why?

All canvases with at least one side longer than 150 cm suffer an increase of €35 in postage, charged by carriers due to the handling and size of the article.
This value is always cumulative with the shipping value of the shopping cart.
If you buy more than one custom canvas with 150cm at least on one side, the added value will be just €35.

I saw an item available, but when I was going to make the purchase the item was unavailable. What is the reason?

The items available at pontodasartes.com have limited stock and therefore may become unavailable at any time. However, since we have a wide variety of products available, it is possible that you may find similar items that meet your needs. You can also activate the reminder "I want to be notified", so that you receive information as soon as the product you want is available.

How does the customer discount work?

By registering on our website you will have access to a 10% customer discount in all stores. This discount is not cumulative with other campaigns in effect. All stores will have access to your customer file, enabeling the use of the applied discount

I have a coupon discount, can I use it on my online order?

The coupon discount can only be redeemed in a physical store.

The package came damaged, what should I do?

If the package shows apparent damage on delivery, the customer must refer to this damage when signing the carrier's guide. If not, Quadrimovel is not responsible for damages caused in the transport of the products.
