Liquitex Satin Medium

Liquitex Satin Medium gives acrylic paint a satin finish when diluted. In addition to increasing the amount and extending the ink, this medium also works as adhesive for light materials and to transfer printed images. Apt to reduce the viscosity of thicker colors, extend the paint and make the colors transparent, depending on the amount used, without affecting the acrylic stability, its adherence, durability and quality. Great to use as a non-removable varnish, leaving a satiny finish. It can be mix with up to 25% of distilled water. Its finish is semi-opaque while wet, but transparent when dry. If you want to fix pastel, graphite or charcoal, mix 1 part medium to one part distilled water and apply with an airbrush.
