Daniel Smith Watercolor Masking Fluid creates a waterproof barrier to cover and isolate specific areas in your watercolor paintings while watering. The handy applicator is easy to use and can be applied directly on the work. It consists of a wider tip and contains a set of five thinner tips to apply as intended. When applied, it has a whitish color, turning into a discreet transparent caramel tone as it dries, so you can see it while you working. Once dry, it is easy to remove with an eraser or with clean fingers. Once removed, the preserved area will be highlighted and can be left blank or filled with new watercolors.
