Derwent Watercolor Pencils feature a water-soluble core that is ideal for creating watercolors with the comfort of a pencil. They are highly pigmented, have a smooth texture when applied on paper and are easy to mix. Dot the color dry and add water for different effects or use them on wet paper to produce produce brighter watercolors with soft edges. The color can be re-moistened later and moved by the page.
