Art Creation Vintage Paint Crackle Medium

It gives the paint layer a crackling effect, similar to the old paint. It can be used by combining 2 different colors of the Vintage Chalk Effect Ink, e.g., a light background with a darker surface layer if you want to create a light craquelé and a dark background with a clear top layer for a darker craquelê, allowing you to create your own old effects. Shake well before use and make sure that the surface to be painted is clean, dry and grease-free. Apply the Vintage Chalk Ink with a wide brush of fine bristles or a smooth roller and let it dry for 30 minutes. Apply the crackle with a flat or round brush. The thickness of the layer determines the size of the cracks. Perform small sample tests to get the desired result. Allow this layer to dry for about 1 hour and then apply another layer of paint. This layer will crack immediately, so make sure that the paint is well applied in a single layer. A final layer of Art Creation Varnish may be applied. Both the Vintage Chalk Ink and the Art Creation Vintage Paint Crackle Medium are made from water, so the roller, brush and brush can be washed with hot water.
