Indian Ink Stone

Indian Ink Stone features a pure, glossy black finish and stands out from the many lead inks used in the West. Made from smoke black, resins and natural gums, to use it you need to activate it manually. Just press the ink bar over an ink grinding stone with a little water, and the ink will dissolve until it has the desired density and opacity. This ink concept is ideal for painting, drawing, calligraphy and the Nan King technique. With oriental motifs drawn on the 9,5 x 3,3 x 1cm bar itself, it is stored in a rigid cardboard box measuring 11 x 3,5 x 1,5cm.
