Copic Opaque White

Copic Opaque White is ideal for adding sparkles to any projects. This Opaque White works very well in permanent paints as well as watercolors, easily diluting with water for other purposes. It is a very thick and opaque water-based paint that works best when applied with a thin brush or toothpick. Being water based, you can dilute it if necessary, but for better opacity it is better to use it thick.
