Derwent Charcoal XL Blocks in a range of greyscale shades, from light to ultra black. The large, naturally water-soluble and highly versatile block is soft in texture and delivers smooth smudge effects for broad coverage and expressive mark making for all sized artwork. Break into pieces or grate into a powder for detail and textures. Each block contains a high volume of formula, equivalent to eight pencils. Large volume of formula, equivalent to eight pencils per block. Smooth texture when used dry, for expansive coverage. Rectangular chunky block measuring 60 x 20 x 20mm.
