Primo Pastel Tones Temper Paints

The Primo Tempers are ready to use. Offer an even, intensely bright colors coat, for good coverage, apply in a thick coat or in several layers. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next one. Mixing the various colours yields a vast range of tonalities of outstanding brilliance. Can be diluted with water up to 1-to-1 - this makes it more transparent but its brilliance is unaffected. Can be used on a variety of decorative materials including paper, card, cardboard, wood, fabric, glass, terracotta, metal and plastic. Easy to wash out of the majority of fabrics. Fix with a suitable fixer or varnish. Compatible with other tempera paints, but combining them risks ruining the pastel effect. Recommended for children over 3 years of age.
