Rembrandt Soft Pastels, designed to attend to the requirements of all artists, are characterized by their extreme brightness. Are made from the purest pigments, mixed with the finest kaolin clay binders and contain no heavy metals such as cadmium, lead and cobalt, ensuring they do not have hard edges or sharp edges. Have a soft and velvety consistency, although harder than many soft pastels, allowing greater control and definition in their use and excellent paper grip. They stand out for their excellent color transmission by displaying intense and pure colors with a high degree of light resistance.
