Sakura Gelly Roll Moonlight Pastel Pens

Sakura´s Gelly Moonlight marker pen is an easy and comfortable pen to write, the ink meets ASTM and ACMI non-toxicity standards, waterproof and sturdy ink. Write on a parchment (a cream-colored paper that looks like heavy parchment). It will create better effects on black paper and can be used on white paper. Fluorescent colors shine under the black light and may disappear if they are exposed to direct sunlight. The pen is not recommended for use in tissues intended for washing and is not chemically evaluated for use on the skin.
